| My personal mission is to design, launch and realize social, personal
and business development – all of these aspects being well
connected to each other. |
| I started my education development studying sociology
at Freie Universität
Berlin learning about social development in
society and life.
Action research
in current social movements added to my understanding of the
connections between different aspects of life and to better facilitate
between contrasting
positions. |
| Being engaged to design and launch actions of support for women
in engineering by Technische Universität Berlin gave me a chance
to employ professional tools and methods of social science, to uncover
the potentials of a social minority. |
| My next professional challenge was to coach and train
outsourced people in finding their next step of professional and
personal development.
This gave me a chance to learn professional standards of adults education,
especially the personal, formal and methodical success factors of
training. |
| To bridge the gap between my ambitions and qualifications
better connected to business life, I studied business administration.This
was a bilingual (German, English) training program. I enjoyed the
multi-cultural, multi-language aspect of the training. |
| Being project manager at Berlin Institute of Social Research enabled
me to design budgeting, data workflow and communication, well fitting
for employees, management and customers in an international environment. |
| Since 2000 I have been self-employed offering training, facilitation,
consulting in the field of |

requirements engineering and –management in the
context of software development (e. g. automotive, BMW Munich) |

information management (planning and building industry) |
 |
initiating, marketing and moderating virtual
organisations (Mediacoaching – Network
of self-employed women) |
 |
facilitation in the context of business process reengineering
(Siemens, Power Transmission and Development) |
 |
development of quality standards in e-learning. |
| I speak German and English and have lived in London
and Düsseldorf as well as Berlin. |
